Manfrotto 290 Monopod

The 290 Carbon monopod features a 4-section leg made of a carbon composite, making it both rigid and ultra-lightweight to keep the camera in a stable position and minimize vibrations.

The 4-section construction allows the monopod to be extremely compact for easy transport when folded. A wrist strap provides a firm grip on the camera and monopod, and the new rubber leg warmer further improves grip.

The durable and tension-adjustable magnesium leg-locking levers can be adjusted to suit your preferences and counterbalance the effects of wear and loads, keeping the tripod perfectly operational throughout its long lifespan.

The monopod screws directly into the tripod mount under your camera. You can also attach a ball head using the 1/4”-3/8” thread.
